Deleting Accounts with No Order History
Please note that we can only process a full account deletion if your account does not have any order history.
Deleting Accounts with Order History
If your account has order history, we will proceed by erasing all personally identifiable information, including:
- Name
- Address
- IP address
- Credit Card Information
- Removal from email newsletter lists (if subscribed)
While your order history will remain in our system for business reporting purposes, rest assured that all personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be retrieved once deleted.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you’d like to proceed with deleting your account or erasing personal data, you have two options:

AI Support Chat: Request to speak with an agent using our AI Support Chat located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Email Request: Send an email with the subject line "Delete Account Request" to accounts@likibrand.com. Please include your name, the email address associated with your account, and the reason for your account deletion request.
Once we receive your request, your account and personal information will be scheduled for deletion.
