If your order is approved for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency as the original transaction.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refunded amount to reflect on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
For Shop Pay transactions, refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear in your account. The refund status may initially be marked as pending for up to two business days while processing is completed.
